2205 stainless steel plates
2205 stainless steel plate was used to observe the microstructure of the longitudinal section of the cast specimen with 3 cubits and the hardness was measured. A composite layer having a thickness of about 810 is formed. The composite layer can be further divided into regions. The outermost peripheral region is a dense and extremely fine human 13 cation phase, and most of them are acicular and dotted linear primary crystals, which are characterized by the longitudinal direction of the crystal grains perpendicular to the centrifugal force direction, and dendritic primary crystals. The area is called a plate-like particle layer.
The grain is thicker near the inside. It is different from the inner layer of the plate-like particles. A tree structure can be observed on the inner peripheral surface. For the first case where the secondary melt is pure 1, the observation is clear.
