Continuous Annealing and Pickling Machine, Model: YJ-1350-SX is jointly manufactured by Baoling Heavy & Industrial Machinery, Qin Ye Great, Alibei and USS, and is mainly used for steel strip annealing, surface pickling and sizing. The production machine is 380m long and composes of decoiling section, entry loop, annealing section, pickling section, outlet loop and leveling section; additionally, the machine is also equipped with the acid mist treatment system, waste water treatment system, acid reclamation system and nitrogen oxides treatment system with the annual output capacity reaching 250,000T.
