High temperature resistant stainless steel plate analysis
The high temperature resistant stainless steel sheet has excellent high temperature stress breaking performance (Stress Rupture) performance and high temperature creep resistance stress mechanical properties superior to 304 stainless steel sheets.
US brands are: 321, S32100, TP321, Japanese brand: SUS321, British brand: 304S12, 321920, German brand: X10CrNiTi189.
321 stainless steel plate has good abrasion resistance in organic and inorganic acids of different concentrations and different temperatures, especially in oxidizing medium, and is used for manufacturing lining and conveying pipeline of wear-resistant acid container and wear-resistant equipment.
The high temperature resistant stainless steel plate is a Ni-Cr-Mo austenitic stainless steel plate, and its performance is very similar to that of the 304 stainless steel plate, but due to the addition of titanium metal, it has better resistance to intergranular corrosion and high temperature strength. Due to the addition of titanium metal, it effectively controls the formation of chromium carbide.
